OUR ADULTS JIU-JITSU PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH A CLEARLY ORGANIZED AND DEFINED CURICULUM OF ESSENTIAL JIU-JITSU TECHNIQUES. THE MODERN STRUCTURE OF OUR PROGRAM SIMPLIFIES THE LEARNING JOURNEY TO BLACK BELT BY ORGANIZING THE JIU-JITSU TECHNIQUES INTO POSITIONAL CHAPTER.
OUR STUDENTS STUDY EACH CHAPTER FOR THE DURATION OF A MONTH IN A FRIENDLY, SAFE, AND STRUCTURED ENVIRONEMENT, AND UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF OUR CERTIFIED BLACK BELT INSTRUCTORS.
CLASSES ARE BROKEN DOWN AS FOLLOW:
WARM-UP (AND
REVIEW IF APPLICABLE)
CLASSES BEGIN WITH A 10-15 MINMUTES WARM UP (AND REVIEW OF PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
IF APPLICABLE). WE ALWAYS ENCOURAGE OUR STUDENTS TO COLLABORATE WITH THEIR TRAINING
PARTENERS AND ASK THE INSTRUCTORS QUESTIONS.
TECHNICAL
INSTRUCTION
ONCE THE WARM-UP IS CONCLUDED, THE INSTRUCTOR IN CHARGE OF THE CLASS WILL
PRESENT A SMALL SET OF TECHNIQUES AND POSITIONS FROM THE CURENT CHAPTER BEING
STUDIED. THE STUDENTS THEN PRACTICE THOSE TECHNIQUES AND POSITIONS WITH A COOPERATIVE
PARTNER UNTIL THE REPETITIONS BECOME NATURAL.

- TRADITIONAL JIU-JITSU
- NO-GI JIU-JITSU (SUBMISSION GRAPPLING)
